Seller is not helpful when I want to return the product. I ordered black but they sent me a white rack.
The courier that was supposed to pick up from my house didnt turn up but keep updating the status as “pickup failed”. When I inform the times my sister will be home, nobody came. Then when there is nobody at home, i will get mussed calls from the pickup guy. When i call back, nobody answers the phone. This was a very disappointing experience.
